Because we’ll only recommend the mortgage that best suits your circumstances and budget, you’re already more likely to have your mortgage application approved – and that’s vital, for both your house purchase and your credit rating. Too many failed mortgage applications can damage your rating and reduce your chances of obtaining a mortgage at all, either now or in the future.

That’s another great reason for getting independent mortgage advice, and not just consulting a selection of mortgage providers with their own sales agendas!

After the mortgage application is made…

Our after-sales care will keep you fully informed - your mortgage adviser will stay in contact with you throughout the mortgage application procedure, right through to completion.

If you need to get in touch with us, you’ll be able to reach your adviser on their own Direct Dial number. So unlike some major lenders, you won’t be calling a generic ‘phone line to an anonymous Customer Services department – you’ll reach your personal adviser, or their Voicemail and they’ll get straight back to you.

You can take advantage of our new ‘My flower’ online system too, which you can access 24/7 to get regular updates on the status of your mortgage, (as well as other products such as insurance policies or pensions if you also arrange these through flower).
